TCG Pairings & Standings (com.southernsoft.tcgtournament) ยท Last updated 5 August 2026

This app has no accounts and no sign-in. The tournaments you run stay on your device. The sections below describe everything the app stores and everything it sends anywhere.

Data you enter, stored on your device

Player names, the optional player identification field, tournaments, pairings, match results and standings are saved in the app's own storage on your phone or tablet. This data is not uploaded, not shared, and not visible to the developer. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Because you may enter other people's names, only record what you need for the event you are running, and tell your players their names are being recorded if that is not obvious.

Usage analytics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to count how its features are used โ€” for example, that a tournament was created or a round was paused. These events do not include player names or any tournament content. Firebase also records standard technical information such as device model, operating system version, language and approximate country.

Crash reports

The app uses Firebase Crashlytics. When the app crashes, a report containing the error, the device model and the state of the app at that moment is sent so the fault can be fixed.

Advertising

The app shows banner advertising supplied by Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, Google may use your device's advertising identifier and technical information about your device. The developer does not receive this information.

Google's handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy, and the companies that may serve ads are listed under Google's advertising partners.

Your choices

Children

The app is intended for people organising tournaments and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
